Square Type Threads The grip design of Square Type Threads gives a high tensile load capacity and provides for easy fitment and re-fitment. Only Ashirvad has this powerful grip design.

Special Threading
Ashirvad Pipes employs specially imported CNC machines with special tools to ensure perfect dimensions and good & easy fitment of threads.

"O" Ring
The "O" ring, sealant and griping system provides leak proof fitting and also absorbs the vibrations of the pump,resulting in extended life of motor and pump bearings. Only Ashirvad has this unique griping system.

PVC JOINT SYSTEM WITH COUPLER & WIRELOCK^TM - This is a feature designed for extra pump safety and the design & patent is registered in India & filed for protection in several other countries.

In this unique WIRELOCK^TM system developed by Ashirvad Pipes, the coupler (1Â¼ & above) is fitted to the pipe and locked with special stainless steel wire, eliminating the chances of coupler loosening & column slipping during dismantling process & also excessive tightning of coupler with the pipe.

We do not possess any patent seperately on square threads and "O" Ring. The Patent is only for "PVC Pipe Joint System with Coupler and Wire Lock^TM"

Biax^TM Technology
